After your initial consultation with Dr. Sid Rohrscheib you will meet with either Rita or Beth to gather all pertinent information in order to obtain insurance approval or information on self-pay options. Terrie, Rita and Beth are your main resources as you go through the insurance approval process.

Rita Kirkwood, Office Manager
Rita earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Illinois State University in Normal, IL. She is the main contact concerning the administrative aspects of our program and is your best resource for all billing and insurance questions.

Rakai Smith, Office Manager
Rakai is the newest member of the Illinois Bariatric Center Family. Rakai earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Illinois State University in Normal, IL. She will be the office manager at our new Champaign location when construction is complete Summer 2009.

Beth Reeser, Marketing and Seminar Coordinator
Beth earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Business from Goshen College in Goshen, IN. Beth is also involved in organizing and conducting informational seminars for prospective Lap-Band patients as well as tracking the outcomes and success of our patients.
