Self Pay Options
When insurance isn’t an option there are still ways to make it happen.
The Self Pay option in our office includes all fees related to the surgery as well as the first year of follow-up at the center. Additional costs for the pre-operative work-up can vary with each patient but often can be billed though your insurance even if they do not cover the procedure itself.
We actively participate with Capital One Healthcare and CareCredit Finance Programs. Both typically offer credit decisions in minutes. The Capital One no hassle approach makes the application process quick and easy. Through this specialized financing program, all costs associated with the Lap-Band System procedure can be rolled into one affordable monthly payment.

We also offer an optional program exclusively for our self-pay patients. The BLIS program will cover Lap-Band related complications for 18 months after surgery. This dramatically reduces the financial risk of paying for a surgical procedure out of pocket.
Remember the cost of the procedure is often less than the cost of food, medicine and lost productivity in a single year while with the procedure you should get a lifetime of improvement.
